Marketing Clinics is committed to bringing you leads into your business. These leads will be new patients who have a defined need for your services. As a result, we are willing to guarantee our results and our success.

To what level can we provide the guarantee?

We will provide you 110% of your money back if we do not generate leads for your clinic.

How can we provide such a guarantee? Simply put, we are confident in our services and our results.

Here is how the process works:

2. In addition, you are charged a monthly administrative fee (from $50 to $99)
During the engagement, we identify both your "lifetime customer value" and your average "new patient conversion rate"

• The "Lifetime Customer Value" is your estimated total worth of the customer. For most Chiropractors and Dentists, this is in the neighborhood of approximately $1000 to $2000 per customer
• Your new patient conversion rate is your estimate of how many inquiries (phone, email, web form) does it take to get one new customer. Every practitioner will have a different rate, but we find that most are greater than 50%

3. With these numbers, we can determine the value of a lead. For example, if your conversion rate of inquiries is 50% and your lifetime value is $1000, then each lead has an upper value of $500.

4. If we can not generate a lead for less than this upper value, then we will refund any monthly fees plus your advertising spend. We will also give you 10% extra on your advertising spend to apologize for the inconvenience.

Tracking Leads

How do we measure and track leads? As part of our service, all phone leads are routed through tracking phone numbers. For our Platinum Service subscribers, we also provide full traceability on any email or web form submissions.

Every month, we will provide you with a report that shows the number of leads that we generated (at a minimum). While our services will result in additional leads for your business through increased brand awareness (as well as contacts to your clinic via walk-ins and contact touches that we are not tracking), we must provide you with traceability on the leads generated. Our guarantee will be addressed entirely by leads that we can count and prove.

No Risk Needs Assessment = No Risk Marketing

What this means to you is that, signing up for a needs assessment has no risk to you. As in zero. Either we bring you new leads for your clinic, or you do not pay a cent. In fact, you would make money on the arrangement.
